Specific steps for galvanizing
1. Pretreatment: Put the pretreated steel into a vat containing dilute hot sulfuric acid for pickling, oil removal, rust removal, etc.
2. Molten galvanizing: After adding flux, the steel is immersed in molten zinc for galvanizing, forming a uniform zinc coating at high temperature.
3. Inspection: Then, check the steel for consistency and complete coating.
